Hearing to consider the required updates to the Hamilton County Flood Damage Prevention Regulations (FDPR)

Updates to the Hamilton County Flood Damage Prevention Regulations (FDPR) under the National Flood Insurance Program and FEMA’s requirement for the regulations to be brought into compliance with their updated minimum standards; effective dates changed to reflect issuance of revised FEMA Flood Insurance Study (FIS) and Federal Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) and to update the regulations as referenced to the current and most recent name in which these regulations are administered by Planning and Development Storm Water + Infrastructure in all cases.
